Ex-Iran volleyball player Mina Fathi passes away

TEHRAN – Former Iran woman volleyball player Mina Fathi passed away on Friday.

She died at the age of 77.

Fathi helped Iran win a bronze medal in the 1966 Asian Games held in Bangkok, Thailand.

Fathi represented Iran in three 1966, 1970 and 1974 Asian Games.

Tehran Times extends deepest sympathy to Fathi’s family, loved ones, and friends over her demise.
